Few of Ayya Vaikuntar's Prophecies
There are numerous prophecies foretold by Ayya Vaikuntar dealing with local surroundings as well as for the whole world. All these can be found in Arul-Nool and Akilathirattu when He is describing the effect of kali before the next yuga starts. Ayya's prophecies have been accurate for whatever is happening and for what has happened. Only a handful of them are presented here.
End of Kings
Ayya Vaikuntar foretold that Kings would not be ruling the country. He also said that people with no virtue would be involved in administration and running governments. These are all happening as He foretold.
Womens era
In Akilathirattu, Ayya Vaikuntar states that the power to rule the state will be given to women. We are seeing this happening in the whole world. This will intensify more and more as the kali progresses.
Deforestation
In Akilathirattu, Ayya Vaikuntar states that the forests will be constantly shrinking and will become living places to satisfy the greedy needs of the human.
Destruction of Ayothia
In Arul-Nool, Ayya Vaikuntar states that the Ayothia city (Rama Janma Bhoomi) would be destroyed.
Conquer of distance
In those days, travelling was done by horseback or chariots. Ayya told that due to material advancements, roads and transportation will make the distance very short.
Decrease of Cows
Ayya told that the cows and sheeps will be greatly reduced as normal household animals. However, He also stated that there will not be any shortage for milk. (This indicates the onset of commercial establishments instead of having them as household animals).
False religions and scriptures
Ayya explained and also mentioned in Akila Thirattu (p.172) that there will be more false scriptures and religions that will be added to the already existing ones.
War against nations because of Islam
Ayya told and also has written in Akila Thirattu (p. 171) that because of Islam, the nations and people will be fighting against each other.
Husband-Wife Relation
When kali progresses, sex desire will be the one and only reason of marriage between a man and women. No other value will be considered and will cause family breakups. They will have no understanding about the purpose of life.
Lord Caitanya's sankirtana movement
In the Arul Nool it has been clearly mentioned (Arul Nool pg-56) that from 'Bengal', a big movement will expand to the world that will inhibit the effect of 'kali'. The text also indicates that the primary gurus would have earlier relation to governments (this reminds the backgrounds of six goswamis some of whom where ministers in the government, and great soul like Narottama Thakura who was a princess, and Bhaktivinoda Thakura was a supreme judge and so on..)
Reappearance of Dwaraka
Lord Vaikuntar stated that at the end of kali-yuga and at the commencement of Dharma-yuga (Satya-yuga), the Dwaraka which is now under the sea will emerge out and He will then rule the world.
